Patients may schedule appointments in person, by phone or through our online booking system. Our phone lines are open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and are closed for lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 1:15 p.m.
Garden Medical Clinic offers same-day access for patients with urgent medical concerns.
This service is available exclusively to patients who have a primary care provider at our clinic.
St. Albert location only

Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Please note that depending on patient volume and the complexity of care required, the primary care provider on call may not be able to see all patients who arrive before closing time. We recommend arriving as early as possible.
The urgent care provider is unable to see patients for the following services. We suggest booking an appointment with your primary care provider instead.

Driver's Medical appointments are completed by your primary care provider. To schedule an appointment, please call the clinic and one of our receptionists will be happy to assist you. Please note that a fee applies for Driver's Medical examinations.
We kindly ask that when you receive your final refill from your pharmacy, you contact the clinic to schedule an appointment for ongoing prescription refills.
If you are unable to secure an appointment before your prescription runs out, please book the next available appointment with your primary care provider and contact your pharmacy to inquire whether they can provide coverage until your scheduled visit. Please note that prescription refills may also be requested by your pharmacy via fax; we are able to review and process refill requests received directly from your pharmacy.
